How can I get the courage to approach and talk a girl I really love?

There's a girl who makes me go mad!!! I DO NOT want to mess it up... I've talked to her about once or twice but that's all! Now I find myself unable to go to her and chatter... It's very strange! The other thing is that she's mostly with her friends and that makes it even worth!
