How do i get an extremely shy girl to talk to me?

This girl i know has a major crush on me and flirts with me all the time.But everytime i try to talk to her she gets embarrassed, blushes and leaves really quick. I know she likes me but shes extremely shy and shes not ';out'; yet. Um.. Shes always dropping hints but she never says anything to me.So i was wondering whats the best way to get her to talk to me? I was thinking about just calling and asking her, but i dont want to be too forward and scare her away. Should i wait until she talks to me or should i just ask her?How do i get an extremely shy girl to talk to me?

This is what I do to extremely shy girls



Look them in the eyes, smile and say ';Hi, my name is ____';
Ask her if she wants to hang out with you privatly, but make it so it doesnt sound sexual. Let her choose the day. Go to one of your houses and watch a movie and after that (dont flirt with her during it) tell her that shes sweet and that theres a movie youve been wanting to watch at the cinima...
just write her notes that way she wont run away
Even though I'm a T-man, I empathize with the situation because I'm going through it as well.

So I'm trying to put myself in the other person's shoes, so to speak...even if I'm the one doing the flirting.

Maybe she is unable or unsure of how to proceed and doesn't want to get rejected. Maybe if you just said (in a lightheated way) ';Hey, are you fllirting with me?'; and see where it goes. If she gets tongue tied and embarrassed you can follow that up with (equally light): ';You are, aren't you!'; And then reassure her it's OK because you like her too.

Now that's answered my own question as well, I think I will see if it works.
