If it is one girl then it depends, you need to discuss here about her so we can give ideas. If it is a bunch of girls then it is tough because you might be beaten up. Most of the girls prefer having a single guy for themselves not a guy for bunch of girls.
well just be yourself, and one tip is to bring up somthing to say that will warm that girl's heart while you two are both enjoying the talk..like '; i love you :P'; '; i feel i could really talk to you '; '; you made my day hun '; ...that works pretty well for both guys and girls :)
