Im great with talking to girls but going up to strange girls at thy gym is a totally different sceanario. I go to the gym to train hard, but it never hurts to talk the girls why u are there.

First question: whats are some good ways to approach and start a conversation.

Second Question: Same as above, but this cute girl i always kinda eye flirt with, is always with her mom there and seems kinda shy.

Well like i telll my brother just do simple conversations pick up lines dont work and once you get to talking normal maybe ask to go out but for example





You: walk up and say Hey introduce yourself. Ask how she is shake hands and walk away that opens a huge door now yall are familiar and it wont be just eye contact u can say hey and the more yall meet the easier it is to talk go with the flow
second question: do NOT approach that girl if shes with her mom! that be horrible instead wait until shes alone maybe getting some water or something and then try to talk to her. or maybe write your number on a piece of paper and sneakily find a way to give it to her. how cute!
Easy. Just walk in one day without your pants/shorts and no underwear. Just a shirt. Start working out next to her, then act like you get all embarrassed and say you forgot to wear your pants. Say you had a dream last night that this exact event would happen and it did. Act extremely embarrassed but don't leave. Just keep talking to her and making up the story of your dream as the conversation continues. After almost everything she says you reply back. ';I dreamt that you would say that in my dream too!!! Holy Cow!!!'; Keep up the story and laugh the whole way. Act completely amazed that the event happens just like your dream. She'd be putty in your hands after that.
If she is flirting back at you, she likes you (obviously enough). I think you'll know when she likes you or not. If she likes you, then go for it. But if she doesn't flirt back, don't allow yourself to be convinced that she likes you. If you keep eye flirting with her, she'll give you a sign, either by flirting back or ignoring you. You'll see the signal, for example, she looks back at you. But she might look back at you by thinking ';why is that guy keep looking at me';. If she is thinking this, she'll have some kind of frownish expression. If she doesn't think this and she does like you, she'll look back at you several times, and might even smile (the smile is a green light. go for it.).



Keep in mind that she might have a boyfriend. This is the worst part about approaching someone you don't know.



Don't try to take every movement as clues because you'll over analyze stuff and make mistakes. Be simple, I guess.



Also, it is going to be very hard for you to flirt with her with her mom around her.

So my final decision: Don't just go after her. Read her signs and find out if she likes you or not. It will be pretty obvious if she looks back at you.
