First, find out something she and you have in common. Go up to her and say hey. Talk about stuff going on in school, then, when the time is right, ask her about the thing you and her have in common. If it's something y'all can do, ask her if she wants to do it with you. Although, if you're not comfortable with this, get a talkative friend to come with you when you talk to her.
