to start off, i should say i'm actually really good at talking with girls, but this one is different..
sooo, there is this new girl at work that i'm trying to talk to. Now, being new, this should give me an advantage at breaking the ice and everything obviously, but the place is always sooo busy! people move around all the time, and its hard to pin down even a little covo. i get by making eye contact with her and everything, but i have no idea how to actually get in there and start making this happen.
..any pointers..??..trying to talk to this girl at work..?
We need a little more information! Do you work similar shifts?Do the two of you work in departments close to each other?
There must be a staff room, have you ever seen her in there? Are you comfortable with walking up to her and introducing yourself?
You could start off by making small comments when you pass her. By doing so you'll establish some rapport between the two of you. Most often in my workplace, when someone passes me they usually ask something like, ';Having fun?'; (sarcastically). It's short, it's simple and will break the ice. Once you've done it enough times and an opportunity to really talk to her arises, it won't be as difficult and nerve-wracking...trying to talk to this girl at work..?
u obviously cant talk with girls.. bc if i was you I would have had a date with her by now.. don't you even report me... troll'er
If you haven't already done so, introduce yourself. Then go up to her (very casually) and ask her what time she is off work. Then tell her to meet you somewhere, preferably a restaurant or bar. Then you won't have to deal with customers and can have uninterrupted conversations.
