start with small talk and build up to a deeper conversation
maintain eye contact, smile, and make small talk. be funny. and never use cheesy pickup lines.
just tell yourself shes just a girl and chill out be yourself dont be thinking :omg what is she thinking of me right now...just go with the flow
dont be nervous cause girls can see right thru nervousness and its kinda of a sign of weakness and no one likes weak guys..

forget that fact they they are a ';girl you like'; and talk to them like you would any other person, if they like ur personality from there, u might have a chance

Just walk up to her and tell her the truth and if she says no, you will know that she is missing out.
Just know someone from her group and gradually get into the group's conversation if they let you. If they are talking about a teacher, for example, tell your experience to them somehow and pay a special attention to the girls u like.

Work on that by talking to people that you dont know. Try your hand at small talk when you go to a drivethru. the clerk at a store...etc. Just start small
Okay, I grew up in a all-woman household (mom, aunt, and their mom.) I would hardly even talk to boys until 10th grade. Somehow going to an all-girls school gave me the confidence to talk to boys (they told us it would.) The main thing you have to remember (this was hard for me, but it should be easier for a guy talking to a girl because we're more willing to talk to you about guy-ish stuff than you are to us about girly stuff) is that talking to a guy is no different than talking to a girl. Don't talk about gross stuff or stuff you'd only do with your guy friends, because most girls don't like that, but you can talk to us about 80% of the stuff you talk to guy friends about. There's no set list of stuff you can/can't talk to us about. You should probably start with the more tomboyish girls, and if she's in a conversation about something you know something about, put your two cents in or ask a question.
