How are you supposed to ask a teenage girl out who works with you?

I'm 16 years old and suddenly realized i should start dating girls. However i don't know how to ask this girl i work with out on a date. I know how to talk to girls and flirt with them I just don't know how to ask them out. How should i ask this girl out please help.How are you supposed to ask a teenage girl out who works with you?
Do not be forward. Do not say things like ';will you go out with me?';. Just ask things like ';are you free Friday night? Will you go see [movie title here] with me?'; It's good to flirt and hint that you like her. Do this several times. After she gets to know you and gets the idea you like her, you can spring the question--but ONLY if she feels comfortable with you.How are you supposed to ask a teenage girl out who works with you?
just pick a time when its just you and her and ask her if she has plans for Friday or saturday night and if she dont ask if she wants to go see a movie or go to dinner with u

say ';hey when are you getting off?'; and if it is the same time say '; i was thinks of going to see the new movie that just came out and was wondering if you wanted to go with me'; or '; i was going to get something to eat you want to come?'; it works better if you already no that you both get off at the same time.
aske her if shes doing anything tonight and then if she says ';no'; then make your move and go right ahead and ask her
