Married but nervous to talk to a girl, please help!?

My workmate brought a friend one day, who is really good looking like a fashion model. I was too nervous the first time I saw her and I still get nervous every time I see her. I spoke to her at one time to complement her looks. that didn't help to stop the nerve. I don't have any desire or plan to sleep with her, It's strange because last time I felt like that I was a teenager. I could ask her for a date but I am married and I don't want to cheat.



One mistake I did was to tell my workmate (her friend) how I feel about her, and I think these girls talked... and now my mate encourages me to go for her. (stupid, huh?)

i would cheat, you cant eat a burger every day. you might not get a chance like this with a girl that hot again.
