and plus they only talk to me when they need to which is only like once every two weeks

Well first you need to have confidence in yourself. you need to tell yourself ';I CAN DO THIS';. First if she belongs to any social networking site E.X Myspace Facebook add her and talk to her like like that for a few days try and build a foundation. Then if you see her at school or work or where ever you see her approach her say Hi or something, ask if you can sit down (if shes sitting of course) i tend to not approach when in big groups it just makes the situation harder try and talked to her when shes alone or with few people less then 6. Well what i have told you is a foundation now its what type of person that actually catches the women/girls attention.
