I have always been able to talk girls and make them laugh so i figured i wouldnt have a problem getting one to go out with me...so far all the girls ive asked out like me as a really close bestfriend but not quite like a boyfriend. what can i do to make them like me as a boyfriend?How do i get to be her bf not her best friend?

You need to show them you're serious and totally committed. Or maybe, girls find you as a flirt, and that would probably be why they're scared of dating you - you'd flirt with other girls.
