How would i start a conversation with a girl that I'm interested in?

Everyday i see girls where i work who i dont know at all. They are complete strangers to me. I have never had a girlfriend and im 18 and its not because of my looks, i know that. My problem is i dont know how to talk to girls. What would I say/do (or both) to start talking to a girl and try to get her to want to go out with me? or get her number? i reallly need help with this!! :(How would i start a conversation with a girl that I'm interested in?

well first of all you can't just straight out ask a girl if she wants to go out with you (that'd be pretty stupid). first you need become her friend so you can get to know what she's like and you can be comfortable around her. but don't get too friend like with her because i've had guy friends who i treat like my brothers ask me out and it's really awkward (but if you are a total stranger it'd be even more awkward, i'm talking total weirdsville). so be her friend to know if she has a bf or something. then after a while like a couple weeks or something then you can ask her out and it's less awkward. if she says no then it's cool you have a new friend and you can ask her for girl advice and maybe one day you 2 will go out. hope this helps. good luck!!! %26lt;3
